Scottish BMF Rally "Kelso 2000"
We met for the off at Hilton Park Services on the M6 at 10:30 and took a steady ride up, having fag stops and refreshments when ever we fancied but as we had reached the 200 mile mark, afternoon breakfast was sought... the guy with the burger bar was just packing up when he realised we were about to purchase large quantities of colesteral. The West Mids were rrepresented by Clive, Ken, Joe (all XV1100), Perv (XVS650), Grum (XVS1100), Kev (Bandit), Rupert (XV535) and me with Leighanne (XVZ1300).
It didn't take us long to set up the camp area.. being caught up by a camper, towing a XV535.. sad really, but John is a member of the West Mids (this is the only place you'll see me admit that).... but we know where to go when we want a shower, provided I remember to take a towel, next time..
